The Enbio Pro Class B Autoclave, with a 5.3-liter capacity, surpasses all European standards, achieving the highest sterilization class: B. Designed to accommodate cassettes for common systems, it ensures versatile usage. This autoclave efficiently sterilizes loose or wrapped tools, handling up to 16 bags simultaneously. Notably, the FAST process guarantees swift sterilization in just 9Â minutes, optimizing workflow in healthcare settings. With its commitment to meeting stringent standards, adaptability, and rapid sterilization capability, the Enbio Pro Class B Autoclave emerges as a reliable and efficient solution for maintaining aseptic conditions in medical and dental practices.
- This programme is dedicated to one of the decontamination steps for items suspected of having or having been in contact with the transmissible prion protein.
- It has a capacity of approximately 16 packed loads.
- Volume of the chamber: 5.3 L
- Enbio uses distilled water from an external tank.
- All process data is automatically written to a USB disk.
- Process reports: Enbio has dedicated software for reading and printing process data.Includes: Water and condensate connection hoses with plastic plugs (tanks not included), a USB and Enbio Data Viewer Software.
Advantages:
- Sterilizable devices:Â solid loads, small porous articles, small porous loads, full porous loads, single bone articles, articles with small spaces, and multiple packs that can be packed or unpacked (single or multi-layer).The
- FAST process at 134°C: dedicated exclusively to solid, non-porous, simple, instruments, and dental instruments only without packaging (e.g. scissors or handles), not textiles.
- Non-sterilizable devices:Â liquids, pharmaceuticals, biomedical waste, or materials incompatible with steam sterilization.
Programs:
- 134ºC: Maximum load of 800g, the total process time for 200g = 18 min, number of expected vacuums 3, and maximum water consumption of 190 ml (sterilization process class B).
- 121ºC: Maximum load of 800g, the total process time for 200g = 31 min, number of expected vacuums 3, and maximum water consumption of 180 ml (sterilization process class B).
- 134ºC FAST: Maximum load of 800g, total process time for 100g = 9 min., the expected number of vacuums 1, and maximum water consumption of 140ml (sterilization process class S).
- 134ºC PRION: Maximum load of 800 gr, total process time for 200 gr = 45 min, number of expected vacuums 3 and maximum water consumption of 230 ml (sterilisation process class B).
Features
- Silent work:Â Enbio Pro enables comfortable work near the device, and emits noise at the level of only 32dB, which is practically inaudible to the human ear. The quiet operation of the device improves the comfort of work and allows the autoclave to be used even in the same room where clients or patients are served.
- Capacity:Â The Enbio Pro chamber has a capacity of 5.3 liters, it houses the most popular implant cassettes – it meets all the requirements for every dentist and implantologist. During sterilization, it holds twice as many packets as Enbio S (16 full packets), which can be sterilized in bulk or packets. This autoclave will work in larger beauty salons and dental and medical practices.
- Short sterilization time:Â Enbio Pro is the fastest in its class – its FAST process takes only 9Â minutes and the tools are ready and ensure the safety of your customers during further use. Two other 18-minute and 31-minute programs are also available in the Enbio Pro autoclave. Each of them is designed for a different type of instrument, but in each case, the sterilization time is not long, which allows for ongoing sterilization, which at the same time does not prevent the reception of new customers. In combination with fast sterilization time allows to sterilize even 120-180 instruments per hour.
- Low cost of ownership:Â Only distilled water is required to operate the device, which translates into revolutionary low operating costs. The operating element is also a HEPA filter – one is enough for 1000 device cycles.
- Touchscreen:Â The touch interface ensures easy operation of the device by selecting the operating mode and sterilization parameters. From the display level, there is also access to information on the number of cycles and the status of the USB drive memory, as well as indications on the need to replace the HEPA filter.
- Reporting system:Â Enbio autoclaves are equipped with a rich system of reporting work cycles and saving them on a USB flash drive attached to the device. Reports can then be viewed in an extremely easy way on a computer, so there is no need to use dedicated printers for reporting.
- Tool packages sterilization:Â Unlike the Enbio S – the Pro model holds up to 16 packages of wrapped tools. The volume of the working chamber is 5.3 liters, so it can accommodate all popular implant cassettes. It is possible to sterilize temperature-sensitive tools and equipment with rubber elements.
